Just received mine. The packaging could be better, it came with plastic holder that attached to the product.
Thick n pronounced arch support, not suitable for low volume shoe. I ordered a size L but the cutout only marked US10.5 and US11.

haro5419Uncut it’s size 12, if that was what you were looking for. I wear 12.5-13 so ordered the XL.
It’s recommended that you remove the footbeds that came with your shoes and put these in their place. Otherwise, the fit might be too tight.
