hershey4344The price is the same on the new drop that is now live. The problem was that when you changed sizes, the price increase was multiplied by 4 which was definitely charging too much.

Massdrop: Please explain why this drop is inactive when the notice just went out... There is nothing to indicate an order limit....

I was surprised to see it ended also. It said 9 days, and there was no set limit listed. I always check to see if there is a limited number available, as I sometimes put in my order and then go check my stock. If I need to adjust the quantity then I do. In this case I assumed since there was no number listed it would be up for the entire time.

SunshineAnnieYeah, unfortunately, I think a lot of people were surprised which stinks. Usually when we have over 100 units of something we don't note it. It's a good call out though for items such as this to put it on there. Thank you!

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Solids Charm Pack by Lecien 2-PK and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 7/29.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 7/19.

"Hi there, We wanted to reach out to you regarding this drop as we were informed that there were inventory issues. The vendor informed us that the unit you ordered is currently backordered with no ETA for the foreseeable future. At this time, we have cancelled your order and issued a full refund and you will see the funds on your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns."
