Something Strong 5-Pocket Pants

Ok so I just received my size 32 pants and I think there's a sizing problem. I ordered 2 after trying the "Something Strong Slim-Fit Chino Pants" (other drop) in size 32. They fit real well. I proceeded in ordering 2 of these in size 32 as well thinking a slim-fit would be the worst case of the two and that they couldn't be smaller. Besides comparing the two sizing charts, it seemed there was a problem with similar measurements being half on the 5 pocket. Also, one of the two pairs is much tighter than the other. Again, both are size 32. Anyone else having this problem ?
