I just opened mine to find the entire glass back cracked. The shipping box and product box were undamaged. Who do I contact for warranty replacement?
Did they replace the unit?
Yes. Massdrop contacted me to work on getting the unit replaced. I also contacted the vendor ,who was very helpful. They provided the original invoice via the fedex tracking number. Even though it was outside of the 5 day window for claims with FedEx, the provided me with an RMA and shipping label. It will be processed as a return and reorder, honoring the massdrop price. Best outcome from an unfortunate situation.
They're new units, but 2017 models. I believe the price was negotiated through the vendor.
