I wouldn't be able to really use this with my a6300, right? Since this is a full frame lens?

mosasuYou absolutely can. It's putting on a crop-frame lens on a full-frame body that's problematic because the sensor is larger than the image circle of the lens.

mosasuYou can use a full-frame e-mount lens on your A6300. Just note that when you do put it on, it won't be 55mm due to APS-c being a 1.5x crop. For this lens, it would be 55mm x 1.5 Crop = 82.5mm. You would be using an 82mm lens on your A6300.

mosasuYou certainly are able to use it on an a6000. But since it's designed for a FF format, it may be larger and more expensive than a comparable 50/55mm f1.8 lens designed for your crop body.
