Gave it its first proper test yesterday. Took it up a mountain, and stopped on the summit for lunch. It was around 0°C, snowing a couple of minutes later, with strong gusty wind. I boiled up about 300ml water for a cup of tea with no issues from the wind. I ended up sitting my daypack beside it for a little shelter but not because of the burner; the gusts were strong enough that they threatened to topple the pot when it was only 1/3 full.
I've been an alcohol man in the past and this is my first venture into gas canisters so I can't compare to other models/brands, but as a test of wind resistance I was impressed.
The stove worked amazingly, even in windy conditions, boiling 2 cups of water in around 3~ minutes! I love how the pot stands have a latch that hooks up the the stove top, to provide more support. The pot itself is decent and good quality. I do wish the pot had markings on it, but I measured that about half of the pot is 2 cups. I recommend the stove itself to all of my friends, and they were pretty impressed with the boil time and the size of it.
Sakanoa1Being an aluminum pot, I would tend to think the rust was from the canister rather than the pot? If so, it's hardly this product's fault.

I've only used this stove a couple times on winter trips but I am thrilled with it thus far. The flame is clean and quiet compared to other stoves I've tried, except my whisperlite.
Stove and pot combo has been pretty stable on a 4oz cartridge. Boils fast and simmers well.
My only nagging complaint is the lack of measurements on the pot. That though is a simple fix.
