Wait, so which ones are viscose? The details say the following:
  • 100% cotton styles: Costo, Fruity, Fuchsia, Heath, Woods, Trucks
  • 100% viscose styles: Hibby, Subtle
But none of those names are in the list of styles.

What are the differences between the regular and loose sizings? For example, the Heath shirt has both options listed, but the size chart doesn't differentiate between the two.

The sizing chart on this post is not consistent with the sizing chart on https://www.soulstarclothing.com. For example, Massdrop lists a large as 54.5 cm chest and 78.5 length. SoulStar lists a large as 56.5 and 78 for the same dimensions: https://www.soulstarclothing.com/usa/ru03-25334.html#tab2

Cyn1cWait, the pineapple shirt only seems to have inconsistent sizing with the rest of SoulStar's listed sizes on their website. Other shirts of the same style are more consistent with the Massdrop chart.

Cyn1cPlease only refer to our sizing chart. We provided a size chart specific to these styles, based on the spec packs directly from the factory. Thanks for your interest on this drop!

This sizing chart is laughable, not good Massdrop.
I've raised the same issue before - as someone who deals with manufacturers you may refer to it as the industry standard, but every consumer knows that a Men's L has a 42" chest because that is how things are listed when you buy off the rack at a department store or nearly every other online retailer. I don't understand why MD continues to insist on using manufacturer/wholesaler measurements when even savvy consumers are being thrown off. Just seems like you would save yourselves a lot of time answering the same questions on every drop.
Vintage1982BenzWhen writing anything, consider the audience. Presenting manufacturers' measurement schemes to an audience of retail consumers = fail, plain and simple.

Hello @TomasV , Do you have shoulder to shoulder measurements on these? I'm leaning towards a size M based off the provided measurements but having that measurement would be very helpful. Thanks!

Waddlehi Waddle! Sure thing; on the size M the shoulder (point-to-point) measures a little over 18 inches on the slim fit / almost 19 inches on the loose fit.

TomasVThanks! Just ordered Subtle Reg Gray in M. The chest measurement on that is 52 cm, right? Not sure if the size chart provided in the description is for slim, loose, or both.

This sizing guide is not very helpful for American consumers. I did the conversion - so size small would be a 20 inch chest??? Who are these intended for? Infants?
non-standard measurement. I don't know any brand that uses such a method.
CalaverasgrandeNow you do :)
so these are in boys/young mens size?

CalaverasgrandeHey Calaveras! You're probably being thrown off by the chest measurement -- this is actually the armpit-to-armpit measurement and to get the full circumference of the garment you'd have to multiply that by two. Let me know if that helps!
