Does Massdrop still care about their support to users? I keep sending mails but no one responds. All I ever asked was Invoice for two purchases so that I can send to my couriers for declaring exact value and get it shipped to me. My packages are waiting with the courier since two days and yet something simple as emailing me two PDF is still pending.
I can understand what you are going through, same happened with me when I tried to inquire about akg. If you remember that was my question about warranty and support which still no massdrop employee has replied to.
I kept on emailing then and I got replied when I left messages on their Facebook page and tweeted about it. After that I got a reply within 24 hours.
Try to get in touch with them through social media, hope that helps.
This is the biggest reason I am scared to buy from massdrop as after sales there is no support.
