Mine was also unsealed, but the picks and grips were all in perfect shape save for one grip which was slightly torn, but it still works so I don't mind. It was just lucky that the picks didn't fall out in shipping. Might be a problem to look into.

AlexPkDon't know if Flutterdie's was like mine, but there was pretty much no adhesive on the flap of the open envelope i received. There also wasn't a strong crease where the flap folds down, so when you close it it just pops right back fully open.
I emailed support yesterday, before posting here, but so far have only gotten the automated "we're experiencing a high volume of support requests" email. Hopefully that isn't caused by a lot of other people having the same issue. :P
