I manage a bunch of rental properties, and this has saved me from having to run back to retrieve keys on at least 5 different occasions. That's a saving of about 30 min to an hour each time I've forgotten a set of keys, or when there was an unexpected situation regarding the keys.
The last time I used it was when I went to change out a faulty light fixture in a rental property just after a new group of tenants moved in. The old tenants would only ever lock the upper keypad deadbolt lock, so I always came in using the keypad code whenever I came to service something. But the new tenants lock the keyed doorknob as well, which totally slipped my mind as I was so used to entering with just the keypad.
Instead of having to run back to the office to retrieve the keys, I used this trusty set and was able to do the job without losing 30 min (in this particular case) to get the keys.
So this is a boon for me. The compact size of the kit allows me to carry it everywhere without bother.
