We are sorry for the shipping delay on massdrop order.
In order to express our regret,every customer ordered in MASSDROP will get 10 percent off and a free limited color version keycap (refer picture here http://imgur.com/a/nSFOW) for next purchase.
Every customer will receive a promotion code in the box.Customer can only use one promotion code per purchase.
Hand-Finished Keycaps are really time consuming and discarding rate is really high. (Refer pictures here: http://imgur.com/a/n7fOf thinker line, unclear view,broken line..)
The main reason for the delay is that the factory has been relocated and the accuracy of 3D printer is not satisfying. We are quite strict with the quality of each keycap. Even though Tens of keycaps with defect were produced, we did not compromise with that.
To prevent delay from happening again.We will start production before beginning of group buy.
Two more thing to note:
Zeon will not be sold any more as its complexity of the production and discarding rate is out of the expection.
For the reactor keycaps, each customer will receive extra two base for replacement (so in total 3), one of them is for topre.For the two bases, you can pare a little bit if they are too large to insert into the keycaps.

SparkleLoftThank you for posting the reason why it was so delayed. I will definitely buy more keycaps from you guys seeing how you put time and dedication over QC over these keycaps.

SparkleLoftMy topre stem for my reactor cap is damaged. It split in half when I was trying to put it into the cap. Luckily I don't have a topre keyboard, but I was seeing if all the stems fit. Any way I can get a replacement?

AyynoThe switch for topre is free,if u buy another keycap from me,I can put one into the box.But as I say,the size I can not control ,if u want a fit one,u should tell me the size u want,may 5.1mm 5.2mm 5.3mm 5.4mm 5.5mm.,the I can choose one to u,one by one to test the size...because,factory don't want to 3D print the switches with each size by many times,they print them one time,so I got them,all size mix.
