olli_00Hi, just picked mine up from the Post Office (San Diego). It has the certificate of authenticity. But nothing extra. the presentation and packaging wasn’t what I was expecting but the watch is exceptional

MtnmansaOk, so no box or anything? A bit disappointing if so, but after all it's not the box I will carry on my wrist! =) Haven't received any information regarding shipment yet, so I was a bit concerned. I live in Norway, so it will probably take som more time to get here. Did you receive any tracking information or anything prior to delivery?

olli_00Hi olli_00, yes I did receive tracking, UPS. it did come with a box and papers but not what you’d expect from a $9000 MSRP watch. Same as the $1000 Oris 65 diver packaging. But as you said it is about the watch and it is out of this world. Just wish my replacement strap would arrive so I can wear it.

olli_00I did get tracking but seems like it's stuck in US customs for a week now. I don't understand why custom would hold something that's going out of the country... hope it gets cleared soon.

MtnmansaAs long as it comes with everything it should then all good. Don't really care about packaging since I won't use it!

TyrekickerNot yet... It was, for some reason nobody knows, sent back to Massdrops warehouse instead of overseas. Now it's supposed to be sent for the 2nd time, but the tracking says it's been "en route" for a week now so I don't know! Tried to contact DHL customer service now, to check, but no reply yet! Starting to get a bit frustrated..

olli_00That's what happened to me! Australia post told me it was sent back to sender by the US customs a month ago! I'm not sure if I can be bothered getting it again... MD says they'll credit me. Maybe they didn't fill in custom forms properly...

TyrekickerCan't understand why this should be a problem, all others I've heard about get their stuff. The most frustrating now is that DHL doesn't update with the correct status on the tracking, and when checking the trecking number with the Norwegian postal service, since it's a global mail shipment, I don't get any result on this number. Keeping my fingers crossed, but the hope to receive it is starting to fade out..
