I've never used Massdrop before but took the plunge, my transaction appeared and all seemed great. My funds were paid on request but now my transaction has disappeared. I'm just a little worried as it's a bit like the blind leading the blind, for me anyway. Because my transaction history is now empty I have to go on the hunt to find this product in order to read the updates. It is a bit confusing

I'd suggest you open a ticket with Massdrop Support. I don't see any purchases under your account, perhaps there's another account that you use?

nelsonIt's a bit weird Nelson, because I do have transactions using my pc but not using Android. I have definately purchased this item and I'm sure this is not anything to do with Massdrop. Probably an Android issue. Thanks for taking the time to reply☺
