Great news group! We placed the order shortly after the drop ended and the vendor has let us know that it's already been picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 11/10. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 11/12 or sooner if something comes up.
Should we expect immediate shipping something tells me you guys have this 11 knives in stock. I would think a mix up prevented these knives from going in the bazaar.
Sigh, I received the notice that this drop was active AFTER it was already sold out. If that's the way it's going to work I would prefer to not even get the spam.
ojinsaIf you've ever used an axis lock on a benchmade it's very similar.
You can pull back the locking mechanism with your thumb and forefinger and flick the blade open, pull back again and flick closed. Very handy, no pinched fingers. Assuming it's of the same quality as the Axis lock it should be pretty rock solid.
dealaholicThe locking action is similar to an axis lock, but I'd say the tactile feel of the axis lock is much nicer. It feels weighty and solid, yet smooth.
The lock on this knife just feels like a spring loaded button that you pull back to unlock. Kind of light and insubstantial feeling compared to the axis. It also lacks that satisfying heavy click that you get from the axis lock as the blade snaps open.
But I have no doubt that this lock is solid, none-the-less. I have no worries when I use mine, and I've never heard on this type of lock failing.
