What do you guys use to sharpen this since it is a super steel?
I'd recommend diamond, ceramic, or aluminum oxide stones.
You technically don't need anything special like the 'super steel' moniker would suggest - the general rule with sharpening is, "if it dulls your edge, it can sharpen your edge." When I'm breaking down cardboard boxes with knives, I also strop on the same cardboard pieces to make the edge last a bit longer. So the cheap stones from your local hardware will work, it just takes longer and wears out the stone faster.
