S110v manix is toothier than any of my s30v spydercos including the manix. I think S110v is quite a bit harder to grind, and as a result they leave the edge quite coarse. I found that I was not able to put as fine an edge on S110v. I'm not sure what the benefit of s110v is in real use applications--maybe if you cut carpet for a living it might hold an edge longer
