Made in dedication to legendary knifemaker Frank Centofante, the Spyderco Memory is a gentleman’s folder that features his signature spear-point blade design. The Memory’s 3-inch, flat-ground blade is made from VG-10 stainless steel—a high-carbon-content steel manufactured in Japan. Its handle is constructed from titanium with pale blue anodizing and a satin finish. Layered over the front of the handle is a silver twill G-10 scale, giving the knife a refined, two-toned aesthetic. The stainless steel pocket clip is oriented for tip-down carry.

One of the pioneers of the custom knife movement, Frank Centofante began making knives in 1970. Originally, Centofante focused on straight and hunting knives until he joined the Knifemakers Guild in 1971, developed his skillset, and started producing more intricate lockback folders. After serving on the board of directors for 18 years, Centofante became the president of the Knifemakers Guild in 1989 where he served for another seven. Although he passed away in 2009, Centofante is remembered for his generosity, vision, and of course, his one-of-a-kind knife designs.
