I have this and love it. Talk about easy open smooth as can be Silk......I wouldn't buy this as a user but as a look at me , I'm proud to own it knife.....great color handle and look. As a show piece that is not a crazy price, it's a sure buy....

mnielsYes ... I think that's the "knock" on this particular knife. Lovely form/function; average steel. Then you have the whole tip up vs. tip down carry thing ... and I'm not even gonna start that one ;-)

FranknsIt IS an attractive knife (something not normally said of a Spyderco.) Then again, I wouldn't buy a Spiderco as a showpiece or anything. For me, the brand is about affordable reliability, eschewing form for function. And that is ok by me.

I'm so glad I joined this drop. The knife is totally amazing and a real work of art. The blade is perfectly sized and incredibly sharp, encouraging you to actually use this knife, and not just having it as a collectible. Thanks massdrop!
