Next-Generation Blade Steel
Made of CPM S35VN stainless steel, the blade on Spyderco’s Native 5 boasts excellent edge retention, toughness, and stain resistance. Measuring a comparatively hefty 0.3 centimeters in thickness, the flat-ground PlainEdge blade features a spine swedge to reduce weight, plus a finger choil and thumb ramp with jimping for precision tasks. Like all Spydercos, it features the company’s trademark round hole for one-handed deployment.

G-10 Handle with 4-Way Pocket Clip
The textured G-10 handle features a lockback design, and it’s equipped with a full-length back spacer. The four-way hourglass pocket clip can be positioned for tip-up and tip-down carry for both right- and left-handed users. The handle is also equipped with a lanyard hole.
