I received my PM2 quickly and this was my first Spyderco. I know that this model in particular has many counterfeit versions out there but I did my homework and I am sure that Massdrop sent me the real deal.
Knife came tip down and upon switching to tip up, one of the screws would not thread in - not what I expected from Spyderco's reputation (I believe it may have been torqued a bit too much when assembled and the loctite held it in even though it was slightly stripped). I was bummed out but I shot Spyderco an email over the weekend explaining the situation and asked them for a new screw. I received a response on Monday telling me new screws were on their way - no questions asked! They sent me a full new screw kit and a new screw did the trick.
I love the knife and I'm glad to see a company backing it's product without a hassle. I'm now a Spyderco fan and highly recommend them.
