You guys need to sort out this customs/ shipping issues pronto! Strictly speaking, it ain't good for business as speaks to your ability and consumer confidence as such. This is now the seventh drop I've not been able to take part in due to such foolish restrictions. Get some legal advice on the matter and find better shipping agent whose able to get around such pesky issues.
