In case anyone's wondering: No, you can't open this knife one-handed, despite the "Spyderco hole". Not in one fluid motion, anyway; it sticks at about halfway out. And trying to "Spydie drop" it left me with a series of shallow nicks on my fingertips (not fun). Still a nice knife, overall.
EDIT: Judging by the replies from Gregs and FeebleOldMan (kudos to both of them), it seems that one-hand opening IS indeed possible; I probably have small hands, which makes the motion shown in the video linked by FeebleOldMan seem very awkward to me.

SkipOrtensI am not sure how you are trying to open it but it is quite straight forward to OHO, as easy as any of the other OHO Spyderco Slipjoints like the UKPK and Urban.
