Gosh, now that the Dice is being offered in CTS-XHP, I don't know which one to get.
I don't have the budget for both!
Any thoughts one way or another?
Go with the sage, the blade shape is way better. The Dice blade is too pointy for EDC work and the pointy profile also makes it too short.
The sage has superior ergos, allowing you the options to choke up on the handle and blade.
The titanium is arguably the most attractive of the Sage models but given that the handle may scratch easily it's not the most practical for using a work knife. the sage 1 and 3 are better for that purpose.
Funny how no one likes the Sage 4 with the Titanium Bolster and the Iron Wood Scales. That's the one I have and it rocks! I like that the Sage 4 has the Back lock.
I think the Sage 4 is a beautiful knife. Who says they don't like it?
You know, I've joined and left this drop three or four times this and last time it dropped and you finally made me realize why. It's a great knife, but it's too pretty for day to day and not "different enough" for ocassional EDC and collecting. I have other knives with this handle finish and another one would be a waste.
Give me the sage4 with the wood scales and I'm in in a heartbeat.
Finding Sage 4's can be pretty difficult.
I've been trying to get my hands on one!
