Would the clip on this be useful as a money/card clip? Could it be modded to accommodate so?

BricksterThere is no clip on this knife. You're confusing the framelock for a clip.
It's possible with great effort for an artisan / machinist / DIY enthusiast to fabricate a custom clip that perhaps interlocks with the lanyard hole in some way, e.g. featuring a standoff that fits snug in the slot and then is locked in place with a screw or two.
