Interesting to see if these would make it into AU. Locking folders are legal here (and probably recommended for safety) but thumbstuds and thumb rings are not. Even though you see them on everything.
Too bad the department that deals with knives never reply to emails. Email the food guys and you'll have a reply in an hour...
