I've carried my techno every day for the last month or so. Super satisfying little knife. Flicking it open with your thumb takes a few dozen tries, but once you get the hang of it, it flicks open more responsively than any other spyderco I've had. Very happy with the precision on this knife as everything locks up super tight. Since it is so small and the blade is along the edge of your pocket, I now dual purpose my same right pocket for both my knife and some shallower things like a small wallet which is cool. My one drawback is that I'm not a fan of the blade shape. It is a horrible stabbing blade. I used to carry a spyderco pkal for about 2 years and that blade shape is preferable for my EDC needs of opening boxes and such. I've tried to use the tip to cut into things a few times where the knife completely slipped away from me! This is user error based on my own familiarity with a sharper point on my pkal, but honestly I'm unsure of how people rate this as the best possible EDC knife ever. I really miss that pkal blade design but that knife opened in my pocket too many times due to the mechanism. Thinking about a yojimbo 2 for my next spyderco. Hopefully massdrop will drop a yojimbo 2 sometime!
