Fun!
This is a fun tiny keyboard. It was easy to change it from cut and paste to quick save, quick load and screen shot, they are just function keys. I am sure there are other uses I can put it to. I like that you can swap out the keycaps quickly and easily. The switches it shipped with feel good, but I’d happily pay more for a hot swappable version, though for what I use it for that is not needed it’d just add more customizability and fun. It is solidly built, though I did find that the screws came loose on their own after I reprogrammed it, so that is something to check periodically so they don’t fall out and vanish into the carpet or under the desk. It may be that I erred on the side of caution in not overtightening. I am going to replace the four clear stick on dots it came with for some thicker black rubber stick on feet. The dots work well holding it in place, but I want to give the device more height so that I have other cable options. It currently won’t sit flat with a chunky cable.

vincentfI got one of the pre-orders when Drop released them. The keycaps sit firmly but not too tightly so they are easily removable by hand. I am using some of the Red Samurai Novelties to keep the keyboards on my desktop in theme. Just make sure you don't take the keycaps off at an angle, there are some guides online and you can get a keycap puller, you shouldn't need one for this but I wouldn't want you to damage the keyboard. You will also need Cherry MX compatible keycaps (I noticed you said you are new to this on another post).
