OK...I'm going to comment on this drop to see if any of the Massdrop Team get onto it whilst counting their money...I've sent numerous messages via Customer Support with no reply...I've commented on a similar drop to the one I have a faulty product from, still no reply...I'm left with no choice but to comment on a drop with a similar Maratac product as the faulty one I have...Piss Poor customer service so far and I've spent a fair bit of cash here up too now...

Hey @Dr_Gonzo -- I've sent all this info to our support team so they can look into this. We do sometimes hear that messages have gone to members' junk email folders, that might be worth a look. Sorry that we missed your other comments, now that I'm aware I will definitely be following up. Apologies that you had to repeat yourself, but I do appreciate you following up and giving us the chance to address it.

This has now been resolved by the Massdrop team...I'm just waiting on delivery of my replacement Maratac CR123 Torch...Update when it arrives...Thanks
