Bad news everyone.
Despite UPS tracking stating the shipment arrived at our warehouse on Thursday, we definitely did not receive the shipment. We are requesting a package trace with UPS to find out the whereabouts of this shipment. If we aren't able to locate this shipment by Monday, we will be placing a rush order with the vendor again so that at least we can get the orders out of the door independent of the UPS investigation process.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, especially right before the start of the weekend. But we'll do everything we can to get the orders out to everyone as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 1/13 or sooner if something comes up.
