This is John from Chicago Comb writing. Our combs are all carefully hand-finished and inspected at our East Garfield Park, Chicago location. You can feel absolutely confident ordering one from this drop. If you don't love the comb, write to us at info@chicagocomb.com and we'll do what we can do to make sure you have the perfect comb (whether that means offering an exchange, etc.). These combs are sold at 100+ retailers in 16 countries, including at Neiman Marcus, Duluth Trading, Birchbox, etc. Our number one objective is always to make sure each customer has the perfect comb for his or her hair type.
