The inner edges are not beveled and make a good cutting edge for your hair. Needs improvements, also expected it to be slightly larger... feels tiny in my hands.

As mentioned in a previous post, if you don't absolutely love the comb, please write to us at info@chicagocomb.com and we'll work to find you a different comb you'll love. (For example, the Mirror version of this comb has more beveled vertical edges, if that's an issue for you).
You can feel confident buying a Chicago Comb, since we 100% stand behind our products. I would also note that in the last few drops (involving hundreds of combs) we haven't received even one criticism or complaint about any of the combs sold... In fact, we've gotten numerous very positive emails and comments from people who love their combs. But we aim for 100% satisfaction, so if you don't love your comb, please write to us and we'll do our best to try to make you a happy customer.

ChicagoCombWell I am honestly not satisfied. I believe that without a beveled edge it is very uncomfortable to use. Perhaps because I have thicker wavy hair, which may increase snag potential. If I wasn't at the point that I don't even want to use it another time, I wouldn't be so vocal. My opinion is that all of your models should come beveled inherently. If you want to stand behind the quality of your product, you should go the extra step to make it the bether comb. I will email about possibly swapping models.
