Just got mine, have to say that I'm pretty disappointed. I would not buy this in a store or even take it as a freebie. Reason: it has sharp edges, it wasn't polished after cutting, just run over a sander for the brushed look. Not only is it damaging to the hair, it's scratching my scalp. I'll probably keep it as a giveaway or bevel the edges myself.
Would not recommend it, not worth the MD price and certainly not the MSRP in this raw form !
