This does not exactly inspire confidence in me to participate in other drops. I've never dealt with anything like this in my years of purchasing things online. Things getting damage by the postal carrier is one thing (and out of the vendor's control), but I've never received a completely incorrect item. I doubt I will trust Massdrop with my hard-earned money again after this experience.
