Did anyone else get their chopstick order cancelled because they were "damaged in shipping"? I don't think this site is "ready for primetime".

My tracking number came on December 24th - and the person for whom I thought these would be a great gift under the Christmas tree will be LONG gone by the time of the estimated delivery. I'm really sad about this, as I had such high hopes due to what I thought was plenty of time between ordering and Christmas and previous success with ordering from Massdrop.

MD needs to institute a 3 strike policy with the companies that do this kind of stuff regularly.

Individual packages have started to ship! The vendor confirmed earlier that majority of the group's order has been sent out with the rest scheduled for pickup shortly. Once your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.
Expect another update from us on 12/28 or sooner if something comes up.

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to provide an update regarding on the latest drop. Our vendor has let us know that they have just received the units to the warehouse and will be fulfilling the drop as soon as they can. Our logistics team has let us know that you can expect a tracking number by end of the day tomorrow (12/21/16).

XiKFinally got tracking today. Not sure why it went from Oregon to Kentucky on its way to California... usually UPS is more direct than that. Not sure if them outsourcing to postal would even account for that, but I assume none of that is in your hands... Needless to say this has been a disappointing adventure. At least ups and postal know that the saying is "underpromise and overdeliver." It seems the phrase has been reversed around here.

I'm very upset that there have been no updates and that it is taking so long to get this item. I wanted it for someone's birthday and now they probably won't even get it for Christmas. Massdrop has really dropped the ball on this one!

I believe that many of us were excited to get this to either celebrate the new Star Wars movie and/or give out as gifts for Xmas. Telling us week after week that the order is scheduled to arrive "by next week" is not ok, Elimelendez. From experience working with overseas vendors, I know more could have been done to make sure the delivery date was met.
Out of the 11 drops I've supported, only this one has failed to deliver at a reasonable time. Being over a month late in delivery is unacceptable, especially before the holidays. The vendors dropped the ball hard on this one, and I hope Massdrop is doing something to either rectify the dozens of disappointed supporters, or make sure this vendor is reprimanded for this delay.

I also stopped receiving email updates. I only saw this one because I happen to be checking the status of another drop (one that is actually ahead of schedule).

The bulk order has been scheduled to arrive at vendor's warehouse by the end of next week. As soon as it arrives the vendor will begin to prepare individual orders for shipment. We will make sure to update the group as soon as this happens.
