Just wanted to provide an update regarding on the latest drop.
Our vendor has let us know that they have just received the units to the warehouse and will be fulfilling the drop as soon as they can. Our logistics team has let us know that you can expect a tracking number by end of the day tomorrow (12/21/16).
Apologies again for the delay, and we thank you for your patience and support.
XiKDon't thank us for our pantience and support, which I have neither, just deliver on the product we paid for. Massdrop was very quick to take out money.
XiKFinally got tracking today. Not sure why it went from Oregon to Kentucky on its way to California... usually UPS is more direct than that. Not sure if them outsourcing to postal would even account for that, but I assume none of that is in your hands... Needless to say this has been a disappointing adventure. At least ups and postal know that the saying is "underpromise and overdeliver." It seems the phrase has been reversed around here.
