Received an email from a Massdrop representative that some of the expansion shipments are delayed and that they are investigating.
Just throwing this up in case anyone else was waiting for a response.

w3lpI still do not have my expansions, and to be honest, am a little annoyed to see the drop restarted with no explanation of where my product is.
Full disclosure: I have received emails with vague excuses ("Something happened," "We are investigating," etc.) and they have tried to make concessions to me to make up for the inconvenience. But, it doesn't help that I don't have my product, and barely any communication has been made to me - and then only after I send emails reminding them what a mess this drop is in.
If I were to have received a message that simply stated "We messed up, and we are going to get you your product right now with the reissuing of this drop." I might not be upset, but right now, I am quite dissatisfied.
It's more the lack of communication than anything. Massdrop may be a young company, but Customer Service as a concept is old enough that they should know better.

ke7in11I actually did receive a "We messed up email" and then I received both packages on the same day.
If you have not received it by yet you need to assume it is lost because I have had mine for a couple weeks now. Sometimes these things happen sadly. I have now had upwards of 20 drops with zero issues. I hope it all works out for you.

Unfortunately, I think some details might have been missed in my situation. I sat here watching people happy that they received their items, and posting that their issues were resolved before they even saw the packages at their door. I was unfortunately not one of them. The public announcement from Massdrop representatives was that we should all have a second tracking number with the deliveries that should rectify the problem. When a number of people expressed that we did not have this second tracking number what we received was silence. I emailed. I emailed 2 days later. I emailed again 2 days later. I got a "We are investigating." email. Not "we screwed up." I waited another week. No communication. In this case it was not lost. It was never shipped. It was never received by Massdrop's fulfillment. These are understandable occurrences. Keeping us in the dark after they have charged us is not.
If this purchase was short shipped, there should have been an announcement as soon as they knew. If the deception was on the part of the distributor Massdrop is working with, fine. Let us know. As a matter or fact, let us know who the distributor is. If it's Fantasy Flight, I know better than to jump into a drop with them the next time. If it's a different vendor, tell us.
I like the idea of Massdrop, but their strength is their community. The crowd tells them what has the support to put their resources behind. Their buyers don't have to guess at what will sell. We do that work for them. So the exchange should be to put their resources into keeping us satisfied. In this case, I just wanted to be informed and not made to feel like that guy in the office is ducking me because he doesn't want to pay me the $20 he owes me.
Today - coincidentally after I posted my message on the status of the order, I received an email stating they will be shipping my product to me tomorrow.
I will post updates if I do get a tracking number and if I ever do get my items.
