Does it charge a watch with Seiko Kinetic movement?

rsx19It is my understanding that normal watch winders do not charge kinetic watches. This is because automatic watch winders move continuously in a smooth motion either left or right to wind a main spring. Kinetic watches have a weight that generates a charge with sudden start stop movements. Kenetic chargers rotate the watch to just past 12oclock and then it free falls to cause the movement required.
