These are worth it for the price. Good sound quality for the low low price you pay. Don't expect the build quality to blow you away though. They are 80 dollars by the way. It's kind of like a shp9500 situation where they sound good and they are comfortable but they have a low cost for a reason.

MFillmoreSHP9500s have a phenomenal build quality showcasing Philips' attention to detail. They sound insanely good for the price (at par with many ~$100-$200 headphones) and are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn (and I've tried on quite a few headphones). Some people have a problem with the lack of a clamping force, but not me. Sometimes, I forget that they're even on my head. 2 reasons for that- the comfort and the wide soundstage that makes me feel like I'm listening through speakers and not headphones. The wire provided is thick and tangle-free, even though mine started to lose sound after 6 months. So perhaps a better wire and you're golden.
