Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.

Sorry for the lack of updates on the STAX lately. It was mid-autumn festival vacation in Asia last week, so it wasn't until earlier last evening that we were able to to through to our vendor for additional clarification on the STAX system, specifically regarding the power output rating.
Despite the labeling for the power rating, the transformer used within STAX SRS-3170 is actually designed to work with power from 100v to 240v. This was confirmed by STAX, and we are also able to independently confirm this with the sample unit we have in the office. I have been testing the STAX SRS-3170 set up on my workstation for the last week or so, I have it on pretty much 24/7, and it runs just fine.
Typically, if transformer is designed only for 240v, the system would simply not be able to turned on.
The STAX systems we sourced for this group buy is directly from official STAX channel, and therefore full standard STAX warranty is available. Should the system breakdown within the warranty period, feel free to shoot us an email at support@massdrop.com, we can handle warranty repair/replacement with STAX for you.
And lastly, we are expecting the order to reach our warehouse some time today. And hopefully we can have everything shipped out within 24 hours.
Now that we know we have strong interests for high end audio products from members residing in region that requires power supply compatible with 240v power source, we will be sure to be more diligent about it.
If you experience any issue with your system, just email us at support@massdrop.com, and we'll take care of it for you.
