I'm very familiar with this controller, having written an extensive review of it when it was first released: https://www.afterpad.com/post/108863927590/steelseries-stratus-xl-review-mfi-iphone-controller Long story short, I had some big issues with the controller. However, for $32.99, it's a great deal, and I'd overlook those issues.
To answer a few questions:
This controller works well with the Apple TV and Mac - one of the only MFi controllers with Mac support actually.
PC support is a bit tricker. You need to manually install a third-party driver, then install a second driver just for the Stratus, then you can use this with PC. But keep in mind, it lacks clicky analog sticks and start / select buttons, so many games will need additional mapping to work.
To my knowledge, there is zero way to make this work on Android. That would require special drivers, and I don't believe anyone has made any such drivers.
