atdcThis is definitely not worth it and a $15 desk lamp on amazon would suffice.

atdcatdc, Please see my reply below if you intend to use your lamp to see real color for art projects or sewing as a $15 light from Amazon will NOT suffice for these types of things when daylight is not available.
