Manually handcrafted on a lathe in western Massachusetts, this specialty top is used in the game of teetotum, which dates back to Greek and Roman times. The rules are simple: Each player antes up, adding to the pot in the center of the table. In turn, each player then spins the top and follows the instruction displayed (Take All, Take One, Put One, Take Two, Put Two, All Put). When the pot is empty, each player must ante up, at which point the game continues.
Note: This top is not designed for the longest spin times. This drop is limited to 30 pieces.
