We just heard back from the vendor again regarding the group's order and they've informed us that all tops are packaged up and set to go out tomorrow morning. We will follow up again with them then and update the group as soon as we've confirmed that everything is en route to you all!
We are still so thankful for your continued patience and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 1/4 or earlier if anything comes up.

We've just touched base again with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've told us that final preparations are being made on the individual packages and they'll now be dropshipping them directly to each of you early next week to expedite delivery. Once we've confirmed that all orders have shipped out we will update the group right away!
Thanks once again for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 12/29 or sooner if something comes up.

We've remained in contact with the vendor and they've just informed us that these engraved tops are nearly all finished up and scheduled to ship to our warehouse in about a week's time. As soon as the shipment is en route we will be sure to update the group accordingly!
We are thankful for your continued patience and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 12/22 or earlier if anything comes up.

You made it happen! We’re excited to let you all know that the drop was successful and the order has now been placed with the vendor for the Steven Robbins Pocket Top - Engraved Koi. As soon as they are done preparing the shipment and once we receive it at our warehouse in New Jersey we will break it down into individual orders and have them on their way to each of you! We currently expect your orders to leave our warehouse by 12/30.
