some reviews have mentioned that the nib is quite scratchy, any views on this?

da_vin_ciI haven't had any issues but I'm a small sample size. There's always the brown paper bag trick and if not, Richard Binder sells a nib smoothing kit. The kit is great if you are heavily invested in fountain pens. The other complaint was that the nib flow was dry because the tines were too tight together. Richards kit comes with a brass shim to space out the tines as well. I love the size of the pen overall and the ink capacity since it's an eyedropper. The only pen that I can think of that's similar is the Kwaceo Sport but I prefer the styling of the Passaporto.
