The pen writes well, and it's a fun addition to the stable. Just one issue when it arrived the section had a 3mm crack in it. I thought this was just cosmetic, and was prepared to let it pass (after all the price was right), but now I see that ink is wicking up into the crack and getting on to my hands when I write.
Did anyone else have any flaws evident in their pens? What's the next step to get this fixed?

WDP32I also have a few small cracks in my pen, and I'm worried that they might get bigger. What did you do to get this fixed / resolved?

kawarazuTip of mine chipped while trying to open the reservoir, so I am wondering as well.

WDP32Mine also has 2 cracks in the clear plastic near the nib. I already contacted support. They are small but not only visable, you can feel them when you rub a finger on them. I don't want the pen like that at any price. The cracks will slowly get bigger with time and use.
