What is the nib material? most of the places online list the nib as iridium but this one is steel?

As lifted from the Fountainpenhospital website "The capped fountain pens fill via an internal piston mechanism (bottle fill only) and feature a smooth writing iridium nib in your choice of F, M and 0.9mm Italic widths."
