I was sent the wrong item in the mail. Received a basic cookie cutter response from Mass drop on about a "manufacturer's warranty ".
Requesting that I send back my product for the refund is not how to handle this.

This is just an older dash cam. It's a little wider, etc. I actually have a Panorama S, and this is the Panorama G equivalent I think.
Having said that, cheapest i've seen this is like $150 USD on clearance

I see that there is a power cord in the description, now I dont know much about dash cams so where would this plug in? Does this have the possibility of draining the car battery? Also how is it attached to the car, what type of mount is it?

Correct me if im wrong, but for Canadians there are no duty taxes on this item as it is classified under catogory 5? (Cameras, lense and flashes). Also will this be able to work under harsh weather comnditions?
