Anyone know if the 745200 has exhibition case back or Gagarin’s helmeted head?

Dear Drop, it’s frustrating that you didn’t supply more/accurate information on this item (e.g. you note “Case material: Titanium“, but that’s evidently only the case on 1/3 of the models on offer). I spent far too long trying to figure out which models have what features. I was drawn in by the display caseback shown in the photos; but come to find out, that’s only available on 1/6 of the models on offer - and that model is already sold out! You don’t even bother to show the caseback that comes on 5/6 of the models (and I find it ugly enough that I’d be seriously disappointed if I received it when I was expecting the display caseback). So no sale this time; please do a better job next time out.

I am tempted by this, but I still have a boxed, unopened Stur. Open Space titanium 24-hour 2431-1767935 from that earlier drop... if anyone would like to take that off my hands to free up some cash for this simpler model, say so!

Does this ship from the US only, or will it ship from the EU if I'm ordering from the EU? I'm tempted but if I have to pay and deal with customs, then I think I'll pass. In general, is there a way to know where drop.com items ship from? I've had items shipped from the US and from the EU but I don't really know how to find out in advance, and it's quite relevant.

There's an error in description - case is not titanium as stated in description, but stainless steel. If you google model numbers you will see that all are made from steel, not titanium

3714129 and 3714130 are PVD coated titanium. Here's the description right from Sturmanskie's website: "THE CASE MADE OF TITANIUM COATED WITH BLACK PVD, SPHERICAL MINERAL GLASS. DIAMETER - 40 MM, WATERPROOF - 50 M. THE BACK COVER IS DECORATED WITH A BAS-RELIEF WITH A PORTRAIT OF YURI GAGARIN"

Like military themed watches but insist on paying a couple thousand dollars more? Longines has you covered with the introduction of their newest Heritage model, the "Military 1938" and it's a looker to be sure! As noted, it does cost $2,450 so beyond the military ascetic, these two watches don't share too much more in common, but I thought you might want to take a look anyway. Here's a photo:

Just would like to stress again that we are ready and prepared to handle any and all warranty issues with these watches (if you have concerns because of a couple of the reviews). We have also found that with the latest models, defects have been reduced as changes were made in the manufacturing process due to feedback. You can contact us at info@r2awatches.com. We also have a VERY active, private FB group called Vostok-Europe Timepieces where you can find us and our customers, who will share their positive customer service experiences with you. https://www.facebook.com/groups/291170541407683/
