Just would like to stress again that we are ready and prepared to handle any and all warranty issues with these watches (if you have concerns because of a couple of the reviews). We have also found that with the latest models, defects have been reduced as changes were made in the manufacturing process due to feedback. You can contact us at info@r2awatches.com.
