Long story short -- I hate it, don't buy anything from Sunfounder, and there are other companies to buy robotics from. So I purchased this Robot Kit because I am in Arduino and the cool things you can do with it. I started putting the thing together as soon as it arrived. My Windows machine did not like the Arduino IDE so I switched to a Raspberry Pi which worked much better. Things looked like they were going well. Then I started having problems. It started off with small things; missing screws (lots), missing plates, and even dead servos. Or, that was what I thought. There was nothing wrong with any of the servos. The servo control board was damaged. Only some of the pins were working. I could get 3 servos to cycle properly, the other 9 did nothing. Even when I switched pins, switched servos, only the first 3 pins worked. I thought I was being dumb and messing things up, but after testing with a variety of multimeters I concluded that the last 9 pins of the board was dead. I am so disappointed in this purchase! I wish I could go back and tell myself that it would be a horrible mistake to purchase this. I sank so much time, energy, and equipment into making this robot kit even function, and it was all a waste of time. I don't like being negative about stuff like this, but I was very disappointed and I refuse to buy anything by Sunfounder because of it. There are more reputable dealers in the US and Canada who can actually address your problems if you have them. I like using Adafruit as they have some really neat stuff.

Absolute garbage, if only I could rate it 0 stars! Do not waste your money on anything by sunfounder. My son has been trying to get his quad functioning over six months now with virtually no help from sunfounder. Their only form of support comes via their forums and they are averaging months between responses while most often claiming that holidays are slowing them down.
If there was any way to get a refund on this, I would have taken advantage of the opportunity long ago however, that is a risk you take buying from massdrop and a Chinese manufacturer like sunfounder.
If you must have one, ignore the $10 cost savings and buy one via amazon so you can at least fall back on their support if you need it.
